We are planning a trip to Mauritius in November for a family wedding and having never travelled that far with children before I'm pretty nervous of the pitfalls! We have 2 children, one will be 4 and the other 18 months. Due to cost of flights we can't afford a seat for the 18 month old so she will have to travel on our knee, this is what worries me!! I'm fairly confident my 4 year old will be entertained but any tips on how to cope for 12 hours with them both would be greatly appreciated! The flights are also overnight, I do not know if this is a good thing or not!
Also if anyone has any advice regarding the heat at night and coping with it...
