Hello ladies, I need some advice about the best kind of holiday for a 4yr old and 9 month old, needs to come to under £500. Thinking featherdown farm? Or euro camp in france. 9month old is crawling, is any kind of camping holiday going to be a nightmare? Anyone done it recently? Good and bad experiences appreciated, thank you

We have always done self catering since ours were babies. I think life is quite hard enough with babies without having some home comforts Grin
When do you want to go and where are you in the UK?

We always go to the Isle of Mull. The cottage we are renting this year is £495 for a week and the ferry is about another £100 on top.

My friend has been going here and has 3 DS's - 2 with similar ages to yours. They love it and say that it's brilliant for the kids. I haven't looked so don't know what the prices are like, but it's another option for you Smile
