Is it expensive/long/more hassle than its worth?

really cheap flights but wondering whether it's worth the hassle for 2 nights?

If you mean the town beauvais near (ish) to Paris then there s a train which from memory took an hour or do - quite simple but the town itself is pretty dire - think industrial town

The website says the bus is ?15 per person (kids under three free) and that it takes 1hour 15 mins here

I did it once and tbh it was a hassle. Fairly sure it took a bit longer than 1h15 and IIRC it goes only to Port Maillot so than you need to take metro/taxi to get to central Paris (unless you're staying around PM, of course). Mind you, our flight landed at midnight and we were exhausted so it could have coloured my view.

I think RER from CDG is cheaper, about 8euros per person and if you get a direct train, it's only 30 minutes to central Paris.

It takes longer to get from Beauvais to central Paris than it does to fly from Dublin to Beauvais! It's a bit of a pain, but not unbearable, especially if the flights are very cheap. The airport is tiny and the bus into Paris is right outside the door.

You can then get the metro from Port Maillot - cross the road into the shopping centre and there's metro access from inside the shopping centre, which is mostly underground. Bus times are normally 3 hours before flights I think - a lot of hanging around and faffing for 2 days.

Flights are £65 for us both, conpared to £330 for the Barcelona ones that I really want Sad

I think deep down I know it would be far too much hassle...
