ok does anyone know the difference between a super off peak travel card and an off peak day travel card?

We were with kids so just wanted to get through and I paid then we realised we'd been sold one that was more expensive than the last time we got it.

We tried querying it at kings cross but the guy refused to help us!!!!!!

We still have the tickets, do you think there is more than a snowballs chance in he'll we can get a refund?

Thanks

I get caught by that all the time!

Super off peak start after morning rush hour and you can't use them between 4pm and 7pm - ie in the evening rush hour.
Off peak just start after the morning rush hour and are then OK all day.

(That's on SW trains and LT - not sure about other areas.)
