has anyone got through to Durham office today !!! ?
Flying out Monday and still waiting for a callback from Durham office to upgrade, been told to change our flights... This is a nightmare

There is another passport thread. A lot were talking about Durham. Poor you. Are you sure it isn't already printed?

No checked on Saturday, done the check and send service and it took 6 days to get to Durham, now I can't get through on the phone to upgrade.
