Travel sickness remedies for children

My dd (6) sometimes gets travel sickness and she has an 8 hour car journey through france Sun. Any suggestions on the best travel sickness remedies for children?

Stugeron 15 has been effective for my DS and myself. Does make you drowsy though but thats ok if she can have a nap in the car.

We use the elasticated bracelets with a little white bit that goes on the inside of the wrist when we cruise, fly or drive anywhere over an hour away. They really help my DS. Just wish I had known about them years ago. They are currently on offer for 3 for 2 at Boots so have stocked up.
