Would like ideally to stop overnight around Birmingham ish on the way up

Any ideas please? There are 6 of us, 2 adults and 4 children (8,5,5 & 3) cheap as possible and I know we will probably need 2 rooms!!!!

Would Wolverhampton suit? I've stayed here a couple of times, and been to a wedding and a dinner dance. They have two restraunts, one is English the other indian. There is also a very nice pool.

I know they have family rooms, they also have couple of suites, one I've stayed in that was like a 1 bed, very sapcious flat honeymoon suite(). If they would put 4 extra beds in (it only has a double) it would easily have room for 6. Talk to the hotel directly, I booked the suite after a working week from hell, I just needed a break so phoned them and asked what they would charge, they said how much, I said I'm not prepared to pay that, and you are not going to get anyone else in tonight (5.30pm) so I got a good deal.
