Hi - am thinking of organising a few days away (max 7 nights) for me, DH, DD5 and DS3 at new year. Any suggestions?? Don't mind UK or abroad....contemplating somewhere snowy but not lapland. Must be kiddy friendly! TIA

We went to Eurodisney over New Year and had an absolute ball. It was half empty. No queues for rides. We walked onto everything and had about twenty rides a day instead of five. It was sparkly with frost and very pretty. The kids really enjoyed jumping into the steam rooms and saunas to warm up at the end of the day, even though they were young then.

If I went back, I'd go at New Year again.

thats interesting racingheart We've been thinking about going to eurodisney but were considering doing that at Easter as its DD birthday round then. No queues sounds good to me though!!! ;-)

Not snowy but how about a Disney Cruise? We went on one last year and absolutely loved it. There was something for all ages and the fireworks at sea were amazing.

Paphos/Coral Bay Cyprus, that end of the island is warm at that time of year, then you can hire a car, go up the Troodos Mountains where there is snow and temps of about -5. Coral Bay is mainly villas but there are hotels in Paphos.
