Am trying to minimise the hassle with a family of 4!

If you are asking about the distance from check in to plane, it will be very very short, B'mouth airport is tiny.

Are you going anywhere nice? :)

not sure about bmouth but in southampton there is a tiny mini bus to take you to plane

Majorca!

I know I am being precious but I am so dreading the reality that the flight experience might wreck the holiday for us. The DCs have done a fair amount of flying but never budget. They know they're not getting the seat back entertainment of Singapore Air (but neither are they getting a 12 hour flight!) but I honestly don't know if DS2 (11), in particular, could cope with sitting alone, especially surrounded by beer soaked stag parties, for over 2 1/2 hours!

Am now wishing the option to pay a bit moreto get of a cattle-class experience was there as I'd've taken it!

It'll be a v short walk.

I love Bournemouth airport, it's great - you step off the plane when you're back, do the short walk to the terminal and there's all the luggage. You could pretty much watch your case going from check in to the plane.

Honestly it makes larger airports seem so stressful! I admit I wouldn't want a flight delay there though as its hardly packed full of entertainment...!!

It is a walk, very short.

So it actually won't be a walk as such, more a sprint, won't it, as we are talking Ryanair here!
