october in spain

hi, has anybody been to spain in october? what was the weather like? just want a really short flight time and transfer time as big journey this end. thanks.

We went to the costa del sol in late October. Was lovely and sunny for four days and pissed it down for three. I guess it's the risk you take that late on in the year

18 months ago we went to Mallorca for a week at the end of October. We had beautiful sunshine for 6 days. The 7th day it rained in the morning but by lunchtime the sky was blue and it was hot again. You'd never have known that it had rained in the morning.
We're off to mainland Spain in October of this year!

think its all down to luck, whereabouts you going disco? looking for ideas :)

We've been to Cala Bona the past 2 Octobers and will be doing it again this year. We've never had any rain in Oct...lovely and sunny from start to finish

We go every October half term. We have a house out there.
The weather Dan be less predictable and the nights can be chilly. But we are almost always able to sunbathe and use the beach. We have never had a cold or rainy half term

i live in the south and usually it's ok, can still be really warm but if it does rain it can be torrential and last for days.

We had a week in Marbella mid-November a few years ago and it was glorious, sunbathing weather. Cool once the sun went down though, which is much earlier than in summer, obviously.
