Lapland?

Would love to go to visit Santa Claus this year (ds is 9 in Nov & think this will be his last Christmas where he truly believes ). Have dd aged 6 who would be so excited she may even pause for breath instead of talking 24/7! Have no clue where to even start planning? Places? Activities? Have looked at
a few brochures & the Internet but the more I
read, the more baffled I am? Any seasoned travellers out there who can give me some advice?

You can get excellent package deals but look around, one family got their trip much cheaper than ours. If you book via a package you'll get some of the clothing thrown in too - it was sometimes minus 30 when we went.

I LOVED it, but we didn't see any northern lights. We went to Finnish Lapland.

Have fun! Even if you don't believe in Santa, we definitely met the real Santa.
