Spain - Vigo or Rubi

Advice please, have you been to either of these places? Did you like them? Would you recommend going on holiday (in August) for a week there? TIA

I've been to Vigo. Stopped off there when I was on a cruise. The beach was nice but we struggled to find things to do for a day - I can't imagine going for a whole week. Sorry.
