new year break

Hoping the combined wisdom of mn can help!
Been looking for somewhere for a group of us to stay for a couple of nights at new year. some of us live in the south of scotland and some in manchester area so in between would be good.
There will be 4 couples and 5 children ranging from 6 yrs to 1 month, so 7 bedrooms as some of the kids can share.
Any ideas?
