Large family group holiday suggestion

Hi, we are a large extended family holiday group of 22 (10 adults and 12 kids age 0-12) looking for a good recommendation for our next holiday.

We are just back from Cambrils park in Spain www.cambrilspark.es/en/index_html?set_language=en where we had a fab holiday in 5 of the villa bonitas beside each other. It was perfect for us in terms of standard of accommodation (air con, airy, roomy), facilities on site (brilliant pools, kids clubs, football, table tennis etc) and best of all the adjoining accommodation with a shared garden between us meant we were able to pull tables together at night and eat together and the kids all play safely together. It was great.

Slight problem now is we are outgoing it (they r only 2 bed and although they away sofa bed in living room there's no curtains so small kids don't work on these!). Also the adjoining ones are already booked up for next July for dates we need.

Looking now for some inspiration for something similar in Europe (we will be flying from belfast so nothing too obscure as we need direct flights and don't want too far to travel the other end with so many babies). We have previously done center parcs in northern France and this also worked for us although we all thought Cambrils was much better and better weather a bit further south!

Here's the requirements for our (ever so slightly picky) family:
Adjoining accommodation with ability to eat together (sleeping 6+ ideally with 3 bed options for the larger families amongst us)
Air con is an absolute must
No caravans (a claustrophobic grandmother makes this a no no) but the sort of facilities on a campsite are exactly what we are looking
Lots to do on site for the kidsNot keen on apartments /hotel for steps (special needs child with us and with the other small kids it's better to have our own outdoor space)
A resort/site rather than holiday home accommodation (when we were a smaller group we shared villas but one need our own space and the older kids need activities)

I don't think Cambrils can be a one off but the thought of trying to trawl through the web finding another fills me with horror!!!
Grateful for every and any suggestions for us to look at. Conscious the best stuff is booking for 2013 already as we've seen in Cambrils. Thanks

Have you considered a cruise? Lots for everyone to do; will be seated together -- probably 2-3 tables with a group of 22.

There are holiday parks like that all over Europe. Might be better to pick an area that interests you and then do a google search to see what comes up.

Cruise is a no for some of our group again, although I'd fancy it myself :-)

Juneau - any suggestions of some as I've done a million google searches and I'm not coming up with many that fit the criteria??!! ...there's plenty of holiday campsites (and indeed our own family have stayed with Eurocamp/Keycamp loads) but they don't have the chalet type accommodation with aircon that the grandparents need. Then there's plenty of Thompson/First Choice style resorts which are apartments so wrong type of accommodation and then Club Med style which are rooms rather than chalet/bungalows.....I'm turning into a google nerd and have gone through most I can think of but not ticking all our picky bunch's criteria....(mostly mainland Europe - France & Spain).

Bit fuzzy on the details...but a lot of the timeshare places eg Interval have a sister website where they 'sell on' owner's apartments/chalets for theweeks the owners don't want.
I have no idea what this website might be...but someone might!

And have you tried a real-life knowledgeable travel agent?!
