Confused abt flights to Crete...

Hi, we have been thinking abt going to Crete in Sept with our nearly 10mo (after a cpl of days of researching Eygpt and ruling it out)...but it seems flights are not as straightforward as I would've thought to a European location.
Options are EasyJet direct, 4hr approx each way...or Aegan air/BrusselsAirlines, with fairly lengthy transits in Athens or Brussels respectively.
Would like some opinions on whether EasyJet would be too much faff with a baby or whether having a long transit time is more of a hassle....any experiences of either would be much appreciated.

TIA x

I've travelled to Crete with easyjet with 3 small children including a baby - no problems at all. (We often use easyjet and have never had problems.). However I have done a long transit at KL with 4 small children including a 9 month old and it was DIRE! Would definitely take easyjet option!

Easy jet should be fine, I flew Heathrow - Heraklion or similar with them and no big problems. I think Easyjet are supposed to let you on first if you have a baby - check this. Do be careful with luggage weight though - this cost me unexpectedly.
