All inclusive somewhere warm sept/oct?

We've just had a lovely tax rebate through the post so can actually afford a holiday this year now!

We are looking at end of september/ early October. Ideally I would like 2 weeks and I don't really mind where we go as long as it is warm but not too hot as we have a 3yr old and a will be 6 month old. Room wise it would be good if we could get an apart hotel or similar as I don't fancy being packed into one room with the two little ones.

Budget is about £1.5k. I've looked on the web and it's a minefield! Any suggestions?

I know its a bit cheeky but I would go into travel agent and ask for places that are the right sort of temperature etc at that time of year then look online for deals. Sunshine holidays are an online subsiduary of hays travel and were very good last year when we travelled with them. The balearics and spain seem to be quite warm at that time of year but much rainier than other times of the year. Don't know if that's the same for places like cyprus or Greece though.

If we go abroad we try to go in May as its warm but not too hot and reasonably dry. Having said that it tanked downed for two days last year in Majorca but apparently that was unusual!

Cyprus will still be warm at that time, also Crete, and the Canaries. Southern Spain may be OK too.

We gave up going to the Greek islands in May, as it rained for at least two days on each of those holidays, and two days is a lot out of a weeks holiday. The worlds weather is no longer as predictable as it used to be.

My Dcs are 15m & nearly 3.Places with good family accom & facilities that we've enjoyed are;Barcelo Pueblo Menorca in Punta Prima (just got back, was lovely) ,they def do AI,can do thru Thomas Cook but cheaper to book directly with the hotel. Also accom was good in Les Marineras in Fuerteventura and def within your budget, weather will still be nice there then but the resort of Corralejo where it is is slightly tired.Lovely beaches though and both places perfect for DCs this age.
