Tipping in Austrian hotels - what's the form?

We are just nearing the end of a lovely week in Austria and have had the same two waiting staff all week (half board). One has been v friendly and the other professional, if a little business like. Is it the done thing to leave a tip? If so, how much roughly? And what about chambermaids? Thanks in advance...

Bump! Last meal in restaurant in half an hour or so...

Just googled it, apparently service charge is included in the cost so tip a few euros for both waitresses and chamber maids

Thanks! Dh reckoned there would be an opportunity to add a tip at checkout, never got round to checking whether he actually did though...
