2 yr old on 3 and 1/2 hour journey how to entertain any tips??

as above we are probably going on a 3 and 1/2 hour journey on sunday - thats assuming no stops and i was wondering if anyone had any tips on how to keep my 2 yr old entertained - he has just turned 2 some of the journey will probably be in his nap time but before then we will need a distraction. Thanks everyone

I would factor in a break TBH if driving. Have a drink and snack, loo stop/nappy change, run about.

Tie toys to the car seat so that they don't get dropped to the floor and unreachable. Play CD's of nursery rhymes and childrens songs 'The Wheels on the Bus' etc for some of the time. If one of you can sit in the back and read a story or help draw pictures for some of the time it would help.

Time for nap, will sleep first 2hrs then feed on and off for next hour. Sing a bit and your there

Thanks am thinking will need to have a break. Can't really time for a nap as he normally naps at 11ish and have to be there by 1 at the latest. Prob need a break for me as well as am 32 weeks pregnant! Yes we are driving sorry did not make that part very clear.
