always go away for a weekend once a year with a group of friends (currently 10 adults plus 7 kids) and getting fed up with ridiculous cost of using hotels. an albeit posh one this year must have set us back £6k as a group. would prefer to hire out a small hotel/large house and get a chef and maid in. would need at least 15 rooms and be within an hour and a half's drive of London. any ideas??

\link{http://www.cottages4you.co.uk/uce/c4y?lang=en&view=details&action=referenceSearch&select=26&cottageRef=pu7&go.x=25&go.y=8\Wiltshire} - this is gorgeous, sleeps up to 16 not counting under-2s. Weekends already booked all year round but you could have 4 nights Mon-Fri if everybody could manage to book the same days off (tall order I know Grin).
