We can't use our (lovely) timeshare for the next 4 years as our May half term doesn't coincide with our week. The resort are being unhelpful about swapping for another week, during the school holidays, so we are looking at our options, and using Interval International to exchange our week for something else seems to be a possibility....
However, on the one occasion we have done this previously, we exchanged our week in a posh lovely resort for a week in a manky, seen better days slightly older style apartment in Spain. Not the greatest of swaps (for us!)
What I want to know is: If you have used II, how easy is it to swap for something relatively lovely and family friendly in the school holidays, how long did you have to be on a waiting list? and did it work for you? They say they have about 2million members, so it must work, but we need to keep to school hols, which restricts us...
