Fabulous B&B's in Brighton - recommendations?

DH and I are celebrating our second wedding anniversary in March and want to spend our first night away from DS (anything to get a FULL NIGHTS SLEEP!!! ). We're thinking of going to Brighton so that we won't be too far away from him. We don't want to spend too much on a B&B but want somewhere fairly funky. Our budget will be about £100 for the room for the night. Any suggestions? No chintz please!

Hi TE - we had thought of there, but I think it's a bit more than we really wanted to pay.

Just come back from the Hotel Du Vin - may be a bit pricey but worth every penny - roll-top baths/walk in showers/ egyptian cotton sheets -- at least go for a drink/dinner its on Ship Street nr the front

Blanche House is lovely, second Hotel du Vin, Hotel Pelirocco is young and funky with themed rooms, try hotel neo too which is a bit cheaper than Hotel du vin
