We're planning to take a 6 month old and 3 yr old to New England in October to combine visiting friends with seeing the foliage and doing a bit of outdoorsy things. I quite fancy taking a campervan - anyone done this? Is it easy to find nice places to stop overnight? In terms of size, how big is too big? And finally, how do you cope with a cot?
