My childs playgroup is having a fun day this Saturday. Its at the Kingsdown Road Methodist Church on the corner of Northfield Avenue and Kingsdown Road. Its from 10.45 to 2.30pm and amongst the delights there will be a bouncy castle, face painting, games, a magic show, a visit from a fire engine, childrens lunch boxes, cakes, veggie curry, tombola, cards and books stalls.
Its all under cover so the rain won't spoil the day. Its about a 10 minute walk north of Northfields Tube and on the E2 and E3 bus routes. There are lots of nice shops and child frindly cafes and parks nearby too. It was great last year so if you are in the area pop in!
