I'm going to Galini too in Sept (last week) with husband and 8month old. If you manage to find out the telephone number of the creche in Galini please let me know as I want to ask them about what type of bottled water they have (to boil for the babe) as apparently tap water abroad can have a more concentrated mineral content.
