Anyone been to Martinhal Villas in Portugal?

Am thinking of this destination for a 10 day/ 2 week trip with our 2.5 yr old twins and their grandmother, in September. Would love any feedback if anyone's been, or has the low-down from someone who has... :)

Haven't been myself but my friend went last year when I think it had just opened and she loved it. She looked again for this year but the prices had rocketed. Hopefully someone else will come along with more info, otherwise I'll try and find out more!

Thanks! Yes, the prices are high - although they pretty much half from the beginning of Sept when we're planning on going. The only downside I can find is that it can sometimes be too windy to sunbathe, although with twin toddlers that is unlikely to be occurring any time soon anyway
