Can anyone recommend a good sun cream for children that only needs to be applied once or twice a day and that is fully waterproof?

i always use Soltan Once for kids, water version allows for up to 3 hours water play in the six hours they say they are protected for. My two pale kids have never been burnt and they've had it on all day in the recent excellent weather!

We tried Soltan Once and DD came out with a rash on her cheeks. The normal Soltan was no problem. The same happened to my friend's DS while her DD was fine.

We used last year the Nivea waterproof one. But: I would always re-apply after toweling dry because you rub the cream of the body.

P20 is amazing and only needs to be applied once a day. It's a bit pricey as one bottle costs around £18 and we normally go through 2 over a fortnight but that's because its so good hubby and I also use it as well as the kids. You still get a lovely tan but it protects super well and as I said only needs applying once which is vital with little ones in and out of the water all day long x

Boots own / soltan with insect repellent in seems to work well. i also like the ones that are blue tinted so that as they start to do it for themselves they ca see where they have put it on.
