Lara beach turkey

I'm going mid June so am really looking forward to it

Yes we love it! Went two years ago with DS then 12 and DD then 14- had brill time in AI Hotel Lara Beach. Kids have been begging to go back ever since so we have saved up and are going again in July- they don't know yet!

Definitely don't buy anything to eat at airport- a portion of fries in Burger King is about £4.00 and drinks really bad too. But it is at least very clean with usable loos!

Not much else to do in Lara beach- shopping centre full of over priced fakes goods and very pushy sellers- so resign yourself to staying in hotel by pool and on beach.

Did a half day trip into Antalya ( with an annoying trip via some jewellery outlet where the prices were ridiculous)- better just to take a taxi or the shuttle bus rather than going on a trip with a tour operator.

Did a nice day trip on a boat down the river saw some waterfalls ended up at a nice beach for a swim and then came back.

Probably wont bother with trips this time- just enjoy the food, drink, pool etc
