Can anyone reccommend an online visa company? My dd is going to Indian in July and is struggling, TIA!

Your DDC would also do well to read the Foreign Office travel advice on India.
They also have this website detailed in the Visa section on India

lots of visa advice on the Lonely Planet India forum.

What is she struggling with?

For starters she can't download the application form, no idea why. Then they're asking for hotel address & tel no. At this point she doesn't know where she'll be staying.

if you live anywhere near Tooting, you can get paper copies of the application form from the place there... You can put any hotel down, just flick through the Lonely Planet & put an address down from the first town she will be staying in.

"For starters she can't download the application form, no idea why."

I had this as well. OH travels to India regularly for business and VFS have changed something on their website to make it difficult to download their application form. I ended up having to do it at work.

What browser are you using? We usually use Firefox, but VFS insist that you use Internet Explorer 8. Also, OH thinks that VFS don't like our IP address. (We are with Utility Warehouse BTW)

I hate renewing the visa because VFS make it very difficult and don't list everything you need in one place. You really need to look at their website inside out and backwards to make sure you have everything.

A decent travel agent will be able to help.
