Used them and holiday was good. Only thing was our flight time was changed from 9am to 5pm and we were not notified so if you use them keep an eye on the flight yourself! I emailed a complaint when I got back but never heard anything. The actually holiday was good but if anything went wrong I think you would be on your own iykwim
