High and with a glacier - Tignes, Alp d'huez Zermatt, Saas Fee, Kaprun perhaps (skiing would be up on glacier), St Anton/Lech. Suspect Bulgaria, Romania et al will be all but closed by then. It isn't the local school holidays in Switzerland, and possibly elsewhere in Europe, until around Easter so should n't be too busy or expensive for the few weeks prior.
