Holiday in Portugal

Hi There

I am looking at lots of different options for a holiday, preferrably villa with 2 & 4 year old in June. Has anyone any recommendations for POrtugal? We would ideally like to be walking distance to shops restaurants and beach but it not to be too busy? And also not to far from airport.

Have you looked at Vila Nova de MilFontes or that area? It is in the Alentejo region but on the coast. We went there and it is really lovely and nowhere near as busy as the Algarve. We drove from Lisbon but with the benefit of hindsight it would probably have been better to fly to Faro
