Going next week and have a car. I need to crack open the books, but anyone got any must sees?

DD is 4yo and not a water park kind of child.

When DS was 5yo, we went on a submarine experience in Lanzarote. You went on a real submarine, and a diver swam next to it feeding the fish. The huge stingrays came over and hang around the submarine waiting for their food. We both loved it.

If you are interested, your hotel will surely have information about it.

Hope I'm not too late - this is my current area of enthusiasm after a splendid holiday there in January. All the Cesar Manrique sites are good and children would enjoy them even though they are not in any way kiddified or dumbed down and soooo much nicer than a theme park. Our favourite was the Cactus Garden, great tapas for lunch too. Castle overlooking Teguise is quite fun for kids. Volcano Park is a must see. Beaches are fab - if you want unspoilt uncrowded (well it was uncrowded in January) look in the north east tip of the island. It's so easy to drive round, very child friendly everywhere.
