Half Term week (02/06/12 7 nights) bargainous holidays... where are they please??

Any ideas at all please?
Want to go somewhere warm with a lovely pool as my DC never get to swim. Half or full board, not hours and hours flying (youngest is 3).
Not costing £5k though...

Where do I start looking?

Why not hire somewhere with a private pool then they could swim all they wanted.

Try www.ownersdirect.co.uk and do an advanced search with dates and pool. Get a heated pool if you can. I know some of the places near us (Vendee) are still available for not much more than £1k.

Thank you, something to consider iin the future, but I would be really worried about a private pool and safety tbh- I would much rather be in a complex where other adults are around and there are safe places to play away from the pool IYSWIM.

I understand, but TBH I think pools on complexes are much more dangerous. A private villa with a fenced pool is the easiest way to look after your kids as they are never out of your sight. Don't whatever you do rely on other adults to save your kids, when kids go under it is silent, no one else will even notice.
