Egypt..June..21 Month Daughter..Questions :)

Hi i am posting this on longhaul & short as egypt is classed as midhaul and there isnt a option for mid...

Has only else ever travelled to egypt to toddler around same age? Few questions...

How did you find the flight?
How was your little on with the heat?
How did you find lunch & tea time?
Did you manage to buy branded nappies?

If anyone can help with any of my questions it would be a great help :)

Our ds was that age when we went last sept and was fine, the flight out was ok but we say him with an iPad to watch films etc. home was a night flight so he slept. Had to keep him covered or in a uv suit as it was 30 degrees ish but he didn't burn. Going in aug this year to sharm which should be fun in 40 odd degrees!

We went to hurghada and there was a supermarket called spinners that sold nappies at normal price but I took enough for the week, going for 2 weeks this year so hopefully there will be similar in sharm.

We are going last week in june first week in july and told the temp wil be hitting 40! We got her 2 UV suits & 2 swimming costumes ...lots of factor 50! Ive got a dvd player for the plane, toys and books so i hope she will be ok we fly at 1:30 and she normally has a nap about half 2/3 for a hour so hopefully that kills abit of the journey! We also have a night flight so she wil be zonked as she is falling asleep by 7 and our flight is at 20:30 :) x

It'll be hot. I've been in Feb, Sept/Oct, Nov and Dec.
End of September/early october was v hot. Pushing 45degrees during mid-day.
Where abouts are you going? Sharm?
