Can this all be done on a one day Travelcard?

Need to ask the oh wise Londoners' (or anyone!)...although I am a Londoner myself Blush

I have to do a bit of London travelling tomorrow....and wondered if it all can be done on a 1 day peak Travelcard?
Journey as follows:

Finsbury Park tube station to Vauxall tube (going to Kings College Hospital)

Then:
Vauxall Tube to Tottenham Hale tube.....

Then:
Overground from Tott Hale to Enfield Lock...and back to Tott Hale.

Have to get a couple of buses inbetween, but I know they are ok on the Travelcard.

If I put the Travelcard on my Oyster...will I have to pay extra for the overground part of the trip? Or is it now covered by the Oyster?

I only use the buses usually and stay in North London.
I am going round and round in circles on the websites'!

Any help truly appreciated.
Thanking you Smile

Crazy
I have an Oyster card that automatically tops up with £20 as soon as it goes below £5.
I use it on buses, underground and overground trains. I never have to do anything else with it except for touching it on bus readers and touching in and out on trains and tubes.
It never costs me more in a days use than a 1 day travel would would cost. Can't you just use yours in the same way?

I'm pretty sure that you can just use your Oyster as normal (including on overground) and when it comes to the point where you've spent as much as you would've if you'd bought a one day travelcard, it stops charging you. Stops that situation where you have to guess beforehand if it's worth buying a travelcard or not.

Thank you for your sensible advice..but the day has been cancelled due to me being attached to a mop and bucket dancing around cleaning vomit provided by my 13yo DD
