Legoland, 1.3m or accompanied rides

If one adult takes two DC, both under 1.3m to Legoland can they all go on the bigger rides together (with the DC counting as accompanied), or does there have to be an adult for each child?

there has to be an adult for each child! BUT if there are spare seats on the ride next to another adult they will put them with them, we have had this situation in the past.
