Had a friend who did this once or twice and really loved it! From what she said, give it a go!

Great fun, especialy if everyone throws themselves into the parts and dresses up etc

No, we already had the body at the start of the dinner. people have a role to play, while you have dinner, and at the end you have to decide who dun it

You can get these in WH Smiths, comes with the invites, caharcter parts , tapes of info etc

Been to one held over a weekend in a hotel - there was a group of actors who acted out the "murder" and the investigation during dinner, (we coudl all ask questions etc while evidence was revealed) and the following day they ahad the summing up and revealed the murderer.
It was really good fun - very, very funny! I woudl certainly go to another one.
