'posh' camping in south west France - any recommendations?

Hi

I'm hoping to take my lot camping somewhere near Arcachon in the last week of July.

We don't 'do' camping - as in, we haven't got all the gear, so would need somewhere where they pitch your tent for you and there are proper loos and showers etc.

Ds1 has an irrational dislike of any kind of mobile home type set-up, fearing that he will be taken for trailer trash a la mid-west America ...

So any recommendations of places where we can camp in relative luxury, reasonably close to the beach with nearby riding a bonus and somewhere a grumpy 15 year old boy will be as happy as a grumpy 15 year old boy can be, as well as a very enthusiastic 9 year old dd and ds2 (12) with Asperger's

You'd struggle to be mistaken for trailer trash down that way as most of the sites in that area are populated with French, Spanish and of the Brits the majority are water sports enthusiasts, namely surfers (would be surfers) and their families. Same goes for Messanges (Le Vieux Port) Hossegor and Biarritz.

can't recommend enough

If hubby could be swayed with being in a winery estate, with on site wine shop - 1.10 euro a LiTRE (and very nice). This is the place.

You would not be mistaken for trailer trash (tent south of France July you may be mistaken for broiled chickens) they do have tents as well.

This place is fantastic.
