Recommendations/ideas for a group of friends....

We are thinking ahead to 2013 and trying to book a nice villa somewhere with a few other couples + kids.
something with a pool, a nice outside space, warm weather and near to the sea preferably, but not too expensive. Has anyone done this before and have any recommendations? We're still considering varuous locations but as long as it ticks the above boxes it doesn't really matter where... we'll be going outside of school hols as kids are all pre-school so thinking september. Any top tips out there??? (i love planning me....)
