Wonder if anyone can help - going away in a few weeks with a bunch of friends with kids and the mums are having a girls' night out on Saturday night.

Can anyone recommend a good restaurant in Gosport, preferably within walking distance of Elmhurst Road?

Don't know any in Gosport but I expect you realise your best selection are in Gunwharf Quays in Portsmouth. The ferry from Gosport takes you there in minutes, loads there to choose from, check out the Gunwharf website for info.
