Has anyone been here?

Thinking about booking - trip advisor reviews are good and it looks perfect for our needs. Just wondered if any MNers had any comments....

My main concerns:

  • distance from beach (900m)
  • distance from town (1km)

My youngest will be in a buggy but my 3.5 year old will need to walk. She is a good walker, but not concerned she may struggle in the heat.

I went to Viva 2 years ago when my DS was 3 and we really enjoyed it.

I think a lot of all-inclusive/ Holiday Villages are isolated. The walk back is quite poorly lit however we felt safe. My DS managed a walk to the beach/town fine without any problems. If you intend to do this every day, you may want to consider taking or hiring a buggy. We didn't get a cab but I am sure you will be able to.

The facilities here are great for children. The children's pool is shaded, evening entertainment is outside. We went to the Lanzarote Village and didn't enjoy it.

You will have a lovely time.
