any self catering villa/farmhouse recommends for Italy?

We're looking for a self catering villa/farmhouse complex holiday with pool in Italy this summer, any recommends which are child friendly (3yrs/9yrs) greatly appreciated, :)

Try Le Marche region (pronounced Le Markay), we stayed here a few years ago, the owners (of the website business) live on site. Views were to die for, beautiful region, very rural, pool might be too open for 3 year old?

if you;re looking for a large villa, cannot recommend www.casaboccina.com/ enough - we had a fantastic holiday there last year for a family celebration. loads of space and lots outside for the kids to do!! which I thought looked great but we went to tuscany in the end
