If anyone has some ideas, I would be really grateful!
Last week, at a family gathering, we decided it would be a great idea to spend new years eve together at the Pudding Club in the Cotswolds.
Yay! Everyone shouted! Lets do it!
I have now found out that this year the Hotel that runs the pudding club, isn't. For this NYE at least, and instead is running a VERY expensive dinner dance that doesn't suit any of my very lively in-laws.
Does anyone know of anywhere that would be a good alternative? Ideally snowy and pretty (but not essential), for 2 or 3 days over New Year.

Pleeeease??

Hi we have used a couple of websites when we have gone away in a group in the past - groupaccomodation.com and bigholidayhouse. Ime most hotels want 4 night packages because NY is as busy as August school hols. same goes for self catering most of whom we came across would only let for a week but it did allow our group to come and go as they wanted in that time. the place we stay in in Cornwall is open all year round but this would be about 3.5hours drive from London. they do have barn that you can have a party in and as it is cottages you can cater for yourselves. here hope this helps. Not sure about the snowy bit always worried about getting snowed in with no power Smile
