Disney land paris food costs??!

Managed to find a good deal on Disney land Paris. Hotel, breakfast and ticket prices included so now looking at evening meals ect. We have worke out cheaper to book Eurostar ourselves.
They have quoted £232 three nights evening meals including drinks. It seems a lot BUT is eating there really costly?
There is no where for us to cook in hotel.

Eating was quite costly, I suppose the deal depends on how many of you there are and where you are staying. We ended up eating in our hotel and it was about 70e for a buffet meal for two adults and 3rd old ds, soft drinks only. The other thing is that restaurants get really busy so it is good to book.

We went six years ago and we averaged £50 per night for evening meal based on a family of four.

Depends where you eat but any restaurant will set you back £80/100 for an evening meal. Which restaurants does that give you access to?

£232 is for four of us to eat in Disneyland park, village, new York, Newport bay (where we would be staying) and sequoia lodge. It also includes dinner with the characters for one of the days.

Lisad that sounds like a really good deal to me. We just went in Feb so my experiences are quite recent. We tried to book dinner with the characters when we were there but it was fully booked. We stayed at Sequioa Lodge and we thought the food was really nice. Have a great time

It's £739 for the hotel, park tickets and morning Buffett for 3 nights which is a good price (I think).
I thought we might go for the evening meal thingy too to save me worrying.
We have to book Eurostar ourselves due to dd's SN and dd2 SN buggy.
The lady at travel agents said we can't book express service ourselves to get bags sorted and taken to hotel, is that true? It would save a huge problem with the buggy, the girls and bags.

I booked Eurostar and hotel separate and managed to book the express service too. Call Disney and book it direct with them.

The overall price sounds really good. We booked directly through Disney and the express luggage was included. I'm not sure if it can be booked separately. The hotels are only a 10 min walk from Disney so it wouldn't delay you massively to drop your luggage off if you have to.

Oh as you can book separately I'd really recommend express luggage as it's so easy.

You can definitely book it separately. At least you could in September 2010. I called Disney, explained what I wanted to do. They told me to call back once I'd booked the Eurostar tickets and they then linked that to the hotel booking.

A friend of mine has just booked it all separately this week, including the express luggage service from the Eurostar so you can do it.

Anyone know the cost of express service on Eurostar? Would love not to worry about bags, I need as many hands as I can

Lisaa123 - the meal plan is a really good deal, especially if you like getting back to the Hotel in the evening and crashing out with the evening meal.

From my lurking memory doesn't you DD have ASD? I may be wrong... But if your special needs buggy folds and your DD doesn't need to SIT in it on the train, disney can absolutely book the train for you . This would save you the cost of the Disney express as it is included when you book train and hotel as part of te package. Just ignore me if your DD is totally restricted to the buggy.

Sorry to hijack but can I ask how much you are paying for the trip? We are thinking of taking our boys (really want to go to Florida but they are still quite young so can't justify the extortion cost until they can appreciate it properly) but I have no idea what I should expect to pay for a weekend.

I just re-read your post - I'd be surprised if you can find a deal cheaper through travel agents than booking direct with disney. Also I've found as I discussed DS' ASD with them they've book us a wheelchair room - not because we need it but simply because we'd appreciate the extra space . And they've been right, I've really appreciated this.

Fluff star - entirely depends on the time of year. the DLP website is a PITA but you can cost up the whole trip before they ask you for any personal details at all.

Yes your right both my girls have Asd. The younger one doesn't need to sit in her buggy at all times but is quite big. Weirdly enough it was cheaper to book with travel agents . It was about £40 cheaper so not much and meals were the same.

I'd go back to your travel agent then. Disney express is expensive booked separately and usually with travel agents it's included if you book it all together. It sounds more like the tavel agents have misunderstood eurostars disabled policy. Usually the only reason they can't be booked together is that Eurostar only have 2 wheelchair spaces that only be booked direct with them.

I know this cos I used to book the hotel and eurostar seperately. Found I spent more on the Disney express service than if I'd booked the whole thing direct.

According to website, the express service is £16 per adult.
The price for Eurostar is £100 cheaper for me to book.
