Do you recommend them? Or know how they compare with Mark Warner?

MW have exclusive chalets, staff etc whereas Crystal may have guests in hotels as well as their own chalets and staff/facilities are shared between. Our specific experience of Crystal was prekids in a hotel so perhaps not representative of what is offered now.
