Nile Crusie

There is a dead cheap cruise on TravelZoo - £279pp for a flight and and full board up the Nile.

Are they grim - who goes on these? I fancy taking the nipper as I can't imagine you'd get cheaper but is it better to do Eastjet flights and a nice hotel in Luxor or where ever?

I did a nile cruise with my mum donkey's years ago. I honestly doubt a child would be interested.
We started off somewhere and ended up somewhere else . AFAIR, ours was supposed to be AI, but ended up costing quite a bit of money on top.
I'd go for the own flight and accommodation route personally.

I did one a few years ago and it was great. No hidden extras price wise, well organised, nice people on board. I'd check it out if I were you, see if you can find out a bit more. Not sure about a child, depends if they will enjoy the sights ( which are amazing).

If I as going all that way, I'd want to do a bit more than just a cruise.

Years ago, we spent 2 weeks there with the cruise taking up about 5 days.
Agree there isn't much for a child to do on board.

Ok thanks all. I had thought we would be out all day but I can see if it was early starts he's have to have something to do in the evening.
