Single mum due to imminent divorce - holiday ideas for me boys 15&12 dd3!

Hi, hoping you may have some gd ideas for a summer break that will entertain all 3 plus me!

Divorce in progress unfortunately, but looking ahead I want something nice for the children to look forward to, and would like to sort out a holiday. In the past we have as a family rented a cottage in France, with a pool & done little else. Boys are quite sporty so played tennis, football with dad or in the pool.

This year will be obviously different, and I am looking for something that will appeal to them in the absence of their dad - I know this will hard, particularly with a teenager let alone everything else going on.

Thinking perhaps a park with facilities rather than a hotel - but would welcome any suggestions/advice.

I've had good holidays at Centerparcs, not cheap but lots of things to try for all ages.

What about Sharm el Sheikh in Egypt for something different? The all-inclusive hotel complexes there are amazing, great value too, and some of them even have huge aqua parks on site (such as the Aqua Blu)!
Many have sporting facilities and the boys could try snorkeling or scuba diving which I guess they would find really exciting! You can do a trip to the desert as well where the kids can have a go at riding a camel and you can all do some stargazing. The beaches are fab too.:)
Most hotels are 4 and 5 despite being really cheap so the food is great and cleanliness you can't fault, and unlimited soft drinks and stuff included should make it nice and relaxing for you. The kids will have lots of independence around the complex and probably make friends.
