We are thinking of booking this place for our august holiday. has anyone been? is it any good? we have a toddler.

Hiya,
We went a few years ago - was quite nice but not fantastic for the money. Is mainly a golf course kind of place - has a swimming pool which is like Center Parcs but not as nice. Our house was a good walk away from the centre - about 15mins - and the accomm was pretty small - very steep stairs and the only loo was downstairs in ours - so I was very worried about dd falling down in the night - but I suppose overall it was fine. Wouldn't go back TBH !
