London car service with carseats

I'm honestly not sure where to post this, but maybe there are those here who can help? I'm looking for a reliable, safe and clean car service that can provide carseats. I've used two from my neighborhood (SW6) -- one has a carseat built into the van seat that doesn't seem nearly supportive or hefty enough to protect my 13-month old in the event of an accident, and the other sent a dirty car with a tiny carseat meant for an infant, when I'd requested a toddler seat (she's tall so outgrew her infant seat at 9 mos). Unfortunately Addison Lee doesn't provide carseats anymore. Does anyone have any other suggestions?

Also, I'm aware that I can take my daughter in her pushchair in a black cab, however I'd rather not as it's not safe if there's an accident.

we have are own car seat that we put in cabs, if that helps

To be honest I have never found a cab company with decent car seats. I find it outrageous actually that they don't have to have them legally!

We were once picked up from the airport in a car with no car seats and I had to carry my baby on my lap

Try Addison Lee. My 3 have long abandoned car seats but we used them regularly when the DCs were small and they always provided car seats.

Try and find one that does school runs. Or if you have your own car seats, you could ask if they can store your seats for you?
