DD, DH and I were looking forward to a long weekend at Calcot when DD fell v ill suddenly the day we were due to go. I had to call at the last minute to cancel, but they were sooo nice. No cancellation charges and I've rebooked. I would have been on here like a shot to complain if they had charged me so I thought it was only fair to praise them. I can't wait until I finally get to go!
